ShownWizard strives to provide the best quality products and services. However, by purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding replacement, refund, and warranty coverage.

1. Replacement Guarantee

  • ShownWizard offers a 21-day “No Questions Asked” replacement guarantee in cases of damages or defects.

  • This policy does not apply to:

    • Change of mind

    • Refund-only requests

2. Replacement Terms

  • Defective products will be replaced with a brand new product at no extra cost.

  • If the same product is unavailable due to being out of stock or discontinued, ShownWizard reserves the right to provide an alternate product of equal or higher value.

  • Exclusions:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused due to negligence

3. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty are not the responsibility of ShownWizard.

  • Customers are advised to contact the nearest authorized service center of the respective brand for warranty claims.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Replacement requests must be made within 21 days of dispatch.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • ShownWizard will bear shipping charges only if the issue is due to our service deficiency (e.g., wrong product shipped, damage during transit).

    • In all other cases, customers are responsible for to-and-fro shipping costs.

5. Process for Replacement

  1. Contact the ShownWizard sales team with your order details.

  2. Once confirmed, return the product (including all original packaging, accessories, and items received).

  3. After receiving the product, ShownWizard will ship a replacement to the original delivery address.

6. Exceptions – Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

  • Misused or tampered products

  • Electronic or sealed products where the seal is broken

  • Physical damage or defects not covered under manufacturer’s warranty

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or manuals

7. Refund Disclaimer

  • ShownWizard does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

  • Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
