Refund Policy – ShownWizard

At ShownWizard, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we aim to deliver only the best products, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional.

  • The product received is incorrect or not as described at the time of purchase.

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced with a suitable alternative.

⚠️ Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or normal wear and tear.


2. Refund Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery with your order details and issue.

  2. Our team may request photos, videos, or inspection of the product for verification.

  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection/approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.

  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or damaged due to negligence.

  • Electronic products or items sold in a sealed condition, once the seal is broken (in such cases, warranty service will apply).

  • Products covered directly under a manufacturer’s warranty (customers must approach the service center).


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged during transit), ShownWizard will cover all shipping charges.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Exceptions

In rare cases where a replacement is possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund to ensure quicker resolution.
